Job Description
  • To achieve Company sales targets through sales team by supporting them in the building of network of channel partners/ customers.
  • ? To prepare /implement business plan, strategy for achieving sales targets.
  • ? Manage and motivate sales team
  • ? Ensure and monitor sales executives conducting trainings to the customers, channel partners and their staff to deliver customer value proposition
  • ? To report competitors activities/schemes/strategies to Head office time to time
  • ? Present Area sales report fortnightly / monthly basis to management.
  • ? Co-ordination with filling plants and sales team for proper delivery planning to ensure service levels are well maintained.
  • ? Coordinate with Warehouse manager and tracking of cylinder inventory time to time.
  • ? Comply with HSSE and statutory requirements and ensure the compliance from the channel partners/ Customers.
  • ? Organize Safety Clinics for the customers and distribution channel to promote HSE best practices

FSLC /SSCE /JSCE /NABTEB /ADN /OND /ND /NCE /B.Sc /B.Ed /B.Tech
