Job Description

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating leads, opportunities and sales for our various clients through various channels. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over these channels and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. The person must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the companies grow their customer base and revenue through customer acquisition, upselling and cross selling of their products and services.

Responsibilities

?       Pitch the company’s products and services to prospecting customers

?       Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling

?       Managing, tracking and following up on leads through follow up calls

?       Conducting sales presentations through the phone and screen sharing

?       Go the “extra mile” to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

?       Answer questions about products or the company

?       Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

?       Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

?       Enter and update customer information in the database

?       Handle grievances to preserve the client’s reputation

?       Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

?       Follow up on payment collection via the phone

Job Requirements
Minimum years of experience

1

Qualifications
FSLC /SSCE /JSCE /NABTEB /ADN /OND /ND /NCE /B.Sc /B.Ed /B.Tech
Other Requirements

?       1 - 2 years’ experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role

?       Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets

?       Outgoing and energetic attitude

?       Good Listening skills

 

?       Multi-tasking ability

 

?       Problem solving capabilities

 

?       Good Computer Experience

 

?       Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

?       Excellent knowledge of English

?       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

?       Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

?       Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

?       High National Diploma/ BSc/BA
