To oversee the day-to-day functionality of the Centre’s physical infrastructure, coordinate logistics, and maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment conducive to learning and development.

To ensure the smooth operation of all ICT systems in the Centre, provide first-line technical support, and maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

To manage the Centre’s library, promote a culture of reading, and ensure accessible and organised use of books and digital content.

To manage administrative operations at the Resource Centre, ensuring efficient office processes, recordkeeping, communication, and support for staff and users.

To deliver practical ICT training tailored to the diverse needs of the community, bridging the digital gap and empowering learners with relevant skills for education, employment, and personal development.

To serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming front desk, efficient communication, and administrative support for the Centre’s programs.
