PRODECO Review & Rating by Former Surveyor

- June 18, 2015
"Shady Recruitment Process, Poor Staff Wages/Welfare Package, Racism and inhumane treatment from expatriates."

Review Details & Advice to Senior Management

Most of their expats are highly unqualified, untrained and uncultured yet they ar placed in management positions with fat salaries while local workers and graduates who do the most work are treated like trash, paid peanuts and threatened with sack letter on the slightest mistake. Management shud check the excesses of their Senior Admin mgt staff and stop exploting hapless graduates and the unemployment situation in this country.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: one slowly dies away loosing focus of both career vision and can hardly save any money for the future.
